You have heard right, unfortunately we have just discovered that Ghetto Liquor-which we were all happy to see torn down-will be replaced with even worse a 7-11.

The same element we thought was gone will be back. Why would anyone want a 7-11 down there, why would the city approve a deal allowing this, you really have to ask yourself that question. I personally don't get it.

What we really need are more boutique shops, unique places to enjoy, unique experiences that make a downtown atmosphere very special, memorable and enjoyable.  If you agree with me please write or call your city officials. This would be Ward 1 Mike Gardener.
